Recently comparisons have been drawn between the relationship of Rihanna and Dodgers star Matt Kemp, and the relationship between Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo. Romo was famous for underperforming when his high-profile girlfriend was in attendance during his games. Now, some have wondered if Rihanna may have a similar effect on Matt Kemp.
Kemp, who is usually a fairly consistent player, has seen his productivity fall off in recent weeks after his girlfriend Rihanna started attending games. In fact, recently, he has only been hitting .196 in the month of June, which is about .100 lower than you would expect Kemp to hit.
Kemp’s slump started before his relationship with Rihanna had gone public, but that doesn’t mean she wasn’t already in the picture — throwing off his game.
It is too soon to tell if Kemp will be able to pull out of his slump before the end of the season, as baseball players often do, but it is clear that he has not been playing up to his ability level in the month of June.
Kemp has only hit one home run in the last 22 games. To put that into perspective, Kemp hit 26 homers in just 159 games last season.

Directed by Melina, the clip, if I’m to be entirely honest, is both a hit and miss affair. Unfortunately, for the Bajan model, it’s more the latter. Getting the ‘good’ out of the way first, the Pop Art look and feel of the video works exceptionally well, and Ms. Fenty certainly gives what is perhaps her most animated performance in any of her videos yet. Despite this, the vid still manages to be distinctly underwhelming. The 21 year old promised much in the way of choreography for the up-tempo cut, yet served up little more than stiff whining and the usual model-esque poses. Overall, not a bad effort, simply one which leaves much to be desired. Oh RiRi….
After the Pepsi Smash Concert in Miami, Rihanna did what she does best… Party'd til she was drunk as hell. And this is not the first time we’ve seen her tore up, might we add! At least this time she’s "kind of" walking on her own though.

Remember when from last February it was going around that Rihanna and Chris Brown’s domestic dispute stemmed from a "supposed" cold sore that was found on her lip?
RihRih is still pissed about that and has decided to clear that up.
Rihanna says she’s pissed that people would even think to say such a thing and recently told a magazine that it’s not true. She says that the alleged cold sore isn’t even a sore it’s actually a scar.
"It’s a f**king scar on my lip that’s been there every day of my life."

Having once again forgotten the whereabouts of her bra and dignity, Rihanna features on the cover of the latest issue of GQ magazine. Putting all jokes aside; though she looks great here, it’s quite clear that she’s really trying to push this ‘bad gyal/rebelious’ image, yet it comes off looking rather contrived – and quite sleazy. The above look is not one of a recently battered or traumatized person. Perhaps it’s just going overboard with the imaging that’s making for this Barbadian model’s album to decscend down the charts.
In any case, we legitimately believe, once it’s realized,‘that Rated R’ isn’t going to be a monster of an album like it was being hyped to be, Ms. Fenty will re-do the bob, find her clothes and start singing more edible Pop songs ala ‘Pon de Replay’ back in the day.
