The hardest working man in jail recently dropped another video featuring Gucci Mane, “Steady Mobbin”. In this video, Nino Brown gives a tour of his home located on La Gorce Island. Wayne’s Miami home has nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms to be exact, all falling under 20,857 square feet, purchase for the total estimated price of $13,900,000. “Big house, long hallways, I got 10 bathrooms I can sh*t all day”. According to TMZ, Lil Wayne finally got some good news — he won’t have to serve any time behind bars in Arizona … after he finishes his jail stint in New York. On yesterday, an Arizona judge sentenced the rapper to three years probation for his role in a 2008 drug bust at a U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint. Under the deal, Wayne pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a dangerous drug.

“I don’t like to stop, I believe you stop when you die,” Lil’ Wayne told Rolling Stone magazine as he graced the cover just before he was due to turn himself in on Feb. 9th to serve 12 months in prison.

“This is Lil Wayne going to jail. Nobody I can talk to can tell me what that’s like,” he said. “I just say I’m looking forward to it.”

Wayne plans on recording new tracks for his upcoming Carter IV album before he goes in while his label, Young Money, sets up shop in New York City to continue working for the next 12 months. Meanwhile Wayne’s manager Cortex Bryant will create a jailhouse Twitter account to keep the fans up-to-date on the status of Lil’ Wayne.

Wayne will continue to write music while he serves out his time.

“I’ll have an iPod, and I”ll make sure they keep sending me beats,” he said.

Lil Wayne will be headed to jail this February, but I know he’s going to come out a better man. Wayne’s got his family and friends that really love him and will always be there for him. The case took place in a New York City courtroom Tuesday where he learned that he will begin his one-year sentence for weapons charges on February 9th.  ”Weezy” remained completely silent during his brief courtroom appearance. Lil Wayne was arrested in 2007 after New York police discovered a gun on his tour bus. He pled guilty to criminal possession of a weapon this past October, and is expected to serve eight to ten months for good behavior.

Unfortunately for Lil Wayne, his legal troubles don’t end in New York. In 2008, he was arrested at a border check point outside of Yuma, Arizona. Authorities discovered several different drugs and a loaded handgun after searching Lil Wayne’s tour bus. Wayne has entered a not guilty plea to several drug and gun charges and is due back in court on March 30th. Lil Wayne’s rock-inspired release “Rebirth” is scheduled to arrive in stores sometime in February.

Ok I have to tell yall you know how you always see someone but don’t know why they are there… Well Since I am keeping it real I have to tell yall that for the longest I really didn’t know what my girl Shanell a.k.a. SnL (sister of multi-platinum recording artist D. Woods) did , but after seeing her do her thang during the Atlanta stop of The America’s Most Wanted Tour headlined by none other than Lil’ Wayne. I look at her in a new light… I was shocked as she did her thang on the staged… And let me be the first to say she can sing her A$$ off….. While I was backstage speaking with Shanell before the show as she prepped all the dancers (she and fellow choreographer friend Victor Jackson helped choreograph Lil’ Wayne’s set) for Wayne’s set she revealed to me that she has a new mixtape coming real soon as well as looks to release her album in 2010. Here is the dope song her and boss Lil’ Wayne performed at the show titled “Play in My Band” which is a fuse of great soulful singing and alternative rock and roll!!!!!! I can only imagine what the future holds for this rising star, I must admit she stole the show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
